We started this company with a simple observation: most organizations don’t struggle because they lack technology — they struggle because solutions are too complex, disconnected from reality, or hard to sustain over time. Data and AI can create enormous value. But only when they are designed with clear intent, solid foundations, and a realistic understanding of how organizations actually operate. We are an IT business consulting company focused on Data, AI, and Business Analytics. We help organizations: 1) Design and deliver Data and AI solutions that make sense in real environments. 2) Turn ideas into working platforms, processes, and products. 3) Scale capabilities without creating long-term complexity. 4) Support delivery with the right people, teams, and skills when needed. Our work spans consulting, project delivery, and professional services, allowing us to support clients in different ways depending on where they are and what they need.

Over 20 years of experience across business consulting, IT, retail, F&B, and entrepreneurship. He’s worked in international environments and knows first-hand the challenges of building, scaling, and running businesses — not just advising them.

Jorge Sietra | Founder, CTO

Over 20 years of experience in IT consulting, with a strong focus on Data and AI. He’s held many roles along the way — from pre-sales and architecture to management and hands-on consulting — which gives him a rare end-to-end perspective on how technology decisions play out in real organizations.

A self-confessed data and AI geek, Lego lover, and globe-trotting problem solver, Jorge is passionate about learning, building, and making complex things work in practice — especially when things catch fire and need fixing.
