Fullstack Developer – Bluetribe

Role Description

As a Fullstack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain web applications end-to-end, working across both front-end and back-end layers. You will take features from concept to deployment, ensuring solutions are functional, performant, and easy to maintain.

You will collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, contributing to the architecture, code quality, and overall user experience of the applications you build.

Key Responsabilities

Design, develop, and maintain both front-end interfaces and back-end services for web applications.
Build and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
Collaborate with designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full stack.
Contribute to technical documentation and architecture discussions.
Stay current with new frameworks, tools, and best practices, proposing their adoption when relevant.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of experience as a Fullstack, Front-End, or Back-End Developer.
Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience building and consuming APIs, and working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality and maintainability.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional language is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed/remote team.

Main Tech Skills

Front-End: JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3; React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Back-End: Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django/Flask), or .NET.
APIs: REST and/or GraphQL API design and integration.
Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
Version Control: Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Testing: Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or similar testing frameworks.
Containerization: Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes a plus.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
Methodologies: Agile/Scrum practices.
